Account Deletion Policy

At Driver Junction (DJ Cabs), operated by Aarambh Global Mobility Ventures Private Limited, we respect your privacy and provide users with the ability to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
How to Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your Driver Junction account directly through the Driver Junction application using the Delete Account option available in your account settings.
Steps to Delete Your Account
Open the Driver Junction (DJ Cabs) application.
Log in to your account.
Go to Profile / Account Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Review the information displayed regarding account deletion.
Confirm your request to permanently delete your account.
Once you confirm the deletion request, your account will be processed for deletion according to our applicable policies and legal requirements.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
When your account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, where applicable.
This may include:
Name and profile information
Registered mobile number
Email address
Account information
User preferences
Other personal information associated with your account
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained for a limited period when required or permitted by applicable laws, regulatory requirements, fraud prevention, security purposes, dispute resolution, accounting, or other legitimate legal or business requirements.
Where such information is retained, it will be protected and used only for the applicable purpose and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Permanent Deletion
Account deletion is intended to be a permanent action.
After your account has been deleted, you may lose access to your account, previous ride or booking history, preferences, and other account-related information.
Deleted account information generally cannot be restored.
If you wish to use Driver Junction services again in the future, you may be required to create a new account.
